Good news for everyone who wants to open an image hosting for private or public usage. Godlike Studio already has the answer with Chevereto, a free script which written in php and lets you set up your own image hosting on your web server. It installs quickly, requires no database and is configurable.

Chevereto is very simple to use with one click upload system. Allows you to resize images, verify the file integrity and integrate it with url shorteners like TinyURL. Supports multi language, bookmarklet or Firefox extension.
