Two days ago, i’ve already post about image cropping tools from Mootools but now is the time for another image cropping tools from jQuery called Jcrop. Featuring with simple interface, aspect ratio locking, callback function, keyboard support, CSS styling and advanced API including animation support.

Jcrop is the quick and easy way to add image cropping functionality to your web application. It combines the ease-of-use of a typical jQuery plugin with a powerful cross-platform DHTML cropping engine that is faithful to familiar desktop graphics applications.

Already been tested for all modern browser including Google Chrome. To host this plugin, you need a small hosting and also jQuery javascript framework. It’s available for free without any cost and licensed under MIT License.
