WordPress 2.5 is almost ready to go public after delayed twice from the schedule. The development team has giving Release Candidate 1 (RC1) to public today, so the tester can try and give some feedback to them.

PicBite - The Online Photo Commenters

This webapp is very easy to use, just upload the image from your computer or enter the image URL and describe your comments in the editable area. Resize or crop it if the picture is too big.
The negative point for this tool from me is the bubbles background and comment. There is no option to change the background color or the bubbles style and the comment text is not center aligned. Otherwise this tool is great for newbie where they can’t create the same effect with an image editor like Photoshop.
