BrandGopher is a webapps that allows you to search any domain instantly by their Flash powered website. It’s mean there is no loadings at all. It also have an option to choose the output picture size like x-small, small, medium, large or full but you can’t set fixed height and width.

Just a little note, this web based capturing tools renders page with Safari browser. So if you try to capture your own website, make sure if your website has a valid source code especially for the css code so everything on your page is same for each modern browser.

authorSTREAM is a platform for sharing PowerPoint presentations on the net for all people who like to share. It’s like previously presentation sharing site called SlideShare but authorStream provides an option to download presentation as a video (.mp4) file and share on YouTube or iPod via iTunes.

To start sharing you must register as a member first, then upload your presentation via their website or via authorPOINT Lite. With authorPOINT Lite you can do batch upload presentation directly to authorStream and batch convert PowerPoint (.ppt, .pps, .pptx and .ppsx) files to Flash (.swf) files. And the good news is this application is free to download.

That flash tool can generates complementary color schemes based on your inputted color values or randomly if you don’t have an idea when combining some colors. Just enter your RGB or HEX value then click submit to generate complementary color scheme based on your choosen color value.

This webapps is written in Actionscript and it’s free to use even for commercial project. It’s mean no limit for the usage. But if you really need more brave scheme, maybe Kuler from Adobe Labs can gives you more with their scheme collection by the members.

CommentedOn Public Beta is Available Now

Wow, it’s really fast from my last post this morning about self hosted comments tracker. I said that the public version maybe comes out in the next day, but now CommentedOn has released their beta version for public download.

The application requires you to have a standard LAMP server (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP) installed on your computer or using a hosting. Also a modern browser that supports cookies, javascript, transparent PNGs, bookmarklets and decent CSS support must be ready on your computer. Ready? Now go to their download page to start.

I’ve try this script with my XAMPP and Firefox (or maybe Safari?) and next time i will try to test it on my hosting if i have more spare time. :cool:
