Built on Flash, Pixlr is a free online multiple image editor with a Photoshop Express style with some windows and menus included. To get started, just create a new image or open an image then you’re ready to go. And if you’re done, simply click on save menu to download it into your computer.

If you’re familiar with Photoshop, i’m sure you can use this great web based application. Require only a Flash player on your browser and it’s free. Two thumbs up from me to Pixlr author for the coding, it’s a really nice service.
