CommentedOn is a self hosted bookmarking application that keeps track of where and when you have left a comments, allowing you to easily follow up on any updates or replies. There is a lot of features added like twitter integration, rss feed, bookmarklet and javascript output to display comments on your website.

Currently this service is still in private beta, no one can try it except the choosen beta tester from the author. But the good news is, this application is free for download. Be a patient, maybe the public version will be available in the next days.
