With Super Screenshot, you can screen capture the whole page or just the top screen instantly and save the output as a JPG file for smaller file size or PNG for better quality. It also have an option to choose the output picture size like x-small, small, medium, large or full but you can’t set fixed height and width.

Just a little note, this web based capturing tools renders page with Safari browser. So if you try to capture your own website, make sure if your website has a valid source code especially for the css code so everything on your page is same for each modern browser.
